Syphon is an upcoming lifestyle electronic company based in Rexburg, ID. Their core products are bluetooth motorcycle helmet speakers. Their audience is a melting pot of action sport enthusiasts. Their three largest customer segments include Dirt Bikers, Snowmobilers, and Motorcyclists. While there are already well-established incumbents in the Motorcyclist segment, they have a niche product with Dirt Bikers and Snowmobilers.
STRATEGY
For Syphon, it was imperative that the message that was communicated to their audience showed a deep understanding of what their target customer wants. The message conveyed needed to show that Syphon understood the experiences that their audience craves, as well as the people, things, and places that inspire their audience. For Syphon, we needed to dissect every aspect of their audience until we knew exactly what made them tick. The strategy we developed was to produce videos that created mass awareness and focused on each of their three largest market segments with accompanying Facebook and Instagram Ads.
RESULTS
These videos resulted in 3k website conversions, produced over 260k in website sales, and generated over 50k new followers for Syphon through Facebook and Instagram ads. These ongoing campaigns put Syphon in the spotlight, and as a result, helped them establish themselves as a key player in helmet audio solutions.
