OVERVIEW

Point S is a group of independent tire dealers who have joined together to create one of the West’s fastest growing tire retail organizations. Clair and Dee's is an independent Point S tire dealer in Rexburg, ID. Three generations work out of the same shop, and the Clair and Dee's tire business has been family owned for 60+ years.

STRATEGY

For Clair and Dee's, we developed a modern marketing plan that identified everything from (1) who their target customers are to (2) how they will connect with them, to (3) how will they retain their customers so they repeatedly buy from them. With dozens of competitors within a 5 mile radius and hundreds of competitors online, it was important to identify Clair and Dee's Unique Selling Proposition (USP). After determining the type of content that would distinguish Clair and Dee's from competition we set out to create a variety of content with accompanying social ads.

RESULTS

In 12 months, Clair and Dee's become the most profitable Point S dealer in the nation. Revenue increased by 250% from the previous year. Our social campaigns averaged 4k impressions per day, generated 170k video thru plays, and had over 1.2m video views. Their page followers grew by 40%.
