OVERVIEW

Doug’s Repair has been serving East Idaho and surrounding areas since 1996. They are a family owned and operated business. Their expertise ranges from heating, cooling, and plumbing, to new construction and general home repair. They employ a vast range of skilled employees including HVAC (heating & cooling) technicians, plumbers, electricians, masons, carpenters, and general repairman.

STRATEGY

Before we had entered the picture, Dougs Repair was already heavily invested in keyword traffic, search engine optimization, and paid online advertising. Most of their new business was coming through those distribution channels. We were hired to provide another arm to their customer acquisition strategy. Our approach was to create social content that would generate mass awareness and run accompanying top funnel awareness and bottom funnel conversion ads.

RESULTS

In 2020, Doug's Repair had their most profitable year to date. Revenue increased by 250% from the previous year. Our social campaigns averaged 4.7k impressions per day, generated 130k video thru plays, and had over 1.6m video views. Their page followers grew by 140%.
